Hi, I’m Olga - and I’m really glad you’re here.

For the past 20 years, I worked behind the scenes as a mortgage underwriter, partnering with banks, A lenders, B lenders, and private lenders. My job was to review applications, ask the tough questions, and make sure everything made sense before a deal moved forward.

Now, I’ve stepped into a new role as a mortgage agent — bringing that experience directly to my clients.

What does that mean for you?
It means I understand how lenders think, what they look for, and how to prepare your mortgage properly from the very beginning. I don’t just send in paperwork - I help guide you, explain your options in plain language, and make the process feel much less overwhelming.

My goal is simple: to help your mortgage close smoothly, confidently, and with as little stress as possible.
